To support social workers to make their referrals, assist referrers in making this robust, with reflection and child cantered framework ensuring that we are nurturing their vital bonds for siblings from the moment they are on board with us if not prior.

Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email, Evaluating & Reviewing, Language Skills
Ensuring the young peoples networks are supporting young people to make a positive referral and to support this on going even if they are moving to new carers etc.
Building a vital framework in which young people can feel part of their family network, have a positive identity and sense of belonging.
1-2 days a week minimum of 6months- 1 year
