Helping care home staff in providing sensory activity, such as hand massages, for people in the late stages of dementia People with very advanced dementia are often unable to participate in the normal activities provided by a care home. We want to provide meaningful sensory activities so that people can enjoy quality of life towards the end of their lives.

The satisfaction of knowing that you are making a big difference in the life of an individual towards the end of their life and seeing how they respond. Meeting other like minded people Valuable experience of volunteering. Pre- agreed out of pocket travel expenses.
