Youth Club & Holiday Club Activity Workers

Solid Rock Academy

Volunteers needed to create a nurturing environment for children aged 4-16 by organising activities such as arts and crafts, baking, and sports and tidying up. Assist staff in maintaining a safe and enjoyable space during youth club sessions (Thursdays and Fridays, 5-7pm) or holiday clubs (Easter, Summer and Winter, 10am-2pm).

Detailed Description

Volunteers are essential to create a warm and nurturing environment for children aged 4-16, coordinating activities like arts and crafts, baking, and a range of indoor and outdoor sports. Volunteers will be asked to assist staff in ensuring a secure environment where our children feel at ease and relish their time with us. This commitment spans both our youth club sessions on Thursdays and Fridays from 5-7pm, as well as our holiday clubs during Easter, Summer, and Winter from 10am-2pm. At the end of each session, volunteers will help with tidying up (with a hearty lunch provided during the half-term camps).
