Aged 18-30? Want an amazing volunteering opportunity in a country in Africa, Asia or the Caribbean? You could mentor 5-15 year olds, supporting them with reading, writing, maths, sports, arts, or the environment for between 1 and 8 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to volunteer in the Education/Youth Community sector, for between 1 and 8 months, in countries in Africa, Asia or the Caribbean. You will get involved in mentoring students and young people, aged 5 to 15, supporting them with reading, writing, maths, sports, arts, the environment, etc. Volunteers must be aged between 18 and 30 to apply for this role and at least 6 months' compulsory preparation/training is provided before you travel. As part of an ongoing recruitment campaign to encourage young people to take part in volunteer placements abroad, Daneford Trust is holding an Open Session for anyone interested.
