MOSS Workshop Assistant
MOSS (Makers Of Stuff Squad)
Volunteers will support the workshop lead in delivering a weekly workshop for Adult Learning Disabled artist group, MOSS (the Makers Of Stuff Squad). Gather materials and assist in set-up and set-down of the workshop space. Assist MOSS artists with the workshop, supporting them to create their ideas. Form part of a nurturing and caring environment, chatting with the MOSS artists and taking into account access needs.

We are looking for volunteers who are interested in art workshops and passionate about accessibility and inclusivity for disabled people. We require that volunteers have a commitment to providing a welcoming, safe and accessible environment for learning disabled people.
Working with MOSS is an opportunity to learn workshop support skills and teach arts and crafts in a relaxed and safe environment. Volunteers will develop skills and knowledge around inclusivity and accessibility in the arts, with a focus on supporting learning disabled artists. They will learn these skills in a support and friendly environment full of great people!
