This is a vital and interesting role within our Tower Hamlets Management Team to create and develop relationships with local agencies, such as Job Centres, social services, housing associations and many others who may be able to refer potential readers. This role will suit people who enjoy networking and making new connections. The longevity of the local group will be down to securing a steady stream of Reader referrals, so you will play an instrumental part in making sure your group thrives.

It will be important to build and manage the relationship between the referral agencies and the group and to seek out new referral agencies as the group grows in capacity. You may share this role with others in your group but will take the lead. The commitment will vary according to how many others are involved, but will be a minimum of 2 hours a week. You will also be required to attend monthly Management Team meetings.

Ability to meet and liaise with people in a variety of organisations working in Tower Hamlets.
