Previous experience volunteering as with children/ young people as Special Education Assistant/ child care facilitator Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Genuine passion for supporting children/young people with disabilities. Skills: Empathy and understanding of diverse learning needs. Patience and resilience in challenging situations. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leads /teachers and support staff.
