No previous experience is required but you must be of an active nature.
This role provides volunteers with an opportunity to gain experience of practical conservation tasks and to develop their knowledge of birds and wildlife plus the habitats they need to thrive. You’ll get to see many behind the scenes places in the park and actively contribute to its management through Management Plan and Biodiversity Action Plan driven tasks. You'll have the opportunity to use specialized equipment such as brush cutters, with full training provided. Alongside the practical opportunities, volunteers also get to meet new people and have fun, all while keeping fit, healthy and active.
Occasional Wednesdays from 10am and 3pm.
