Support the head coach in youth football session planning, delivery, and evaluation. Help set up equipment, ensure a safe environment, and provide feedback on player development. Engage with parents and promote children's wellbeing through football.
As a Football Assistant with Cre8 Football, you’ll work closely with the lead coach to support youth football sessions. Your duties include helping plan and deliver sessions, setting up and maintaining equipment, and ensuring an inclusive, safe environment. You’ll interact with children, offer feedback on their development, and communicate with parents. This role is ideal for anyone passionate about football, with a desire to develop coaching experience and contribute to children's physical and emotional wellbeing.

Volunteers are vital to the work we do. Our volunteers support us for several reasons including but not limited to; gaining experience for future jobs/careers, to meet new friends, to use their time/skills to make a difference in the community, to maximise their free time and to stay/get healthy in mind and body. Volunteers will be made to feel welcome and supported as necessary. For volunteers with children/siblings, we can offer a discounted place for the child to attend our sessions (which are already reasonably priced). Training/Qualifications as required.
