We are looking for someone to support in our multi use games area pitch (MUGA) to help encourage our members to participate in team sports. We are looking for volunteers who are keen to get outside and support young people to get involved in football training.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with young people in a motivational way Prior experience working with young people (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and a good listener. Committed to supporting young people in their personal and educational development. Ability to maintain confidentiality and set appropriate boundaries.
Volunteering at Legacy will not only give individuals the opportunity to be part of the bigger picture but to also join an award winning youth provision that is providing thousands of young people access to a broad range of activities, enabling them to discover talents and skills they otherwise might not have known they had. This helps young people, some from disadvantaged backgrounds, channel their energy in positive and productive ways whilst making friends and learning new skills. Join us if you are passionate about young people and want to make a positive impact in a young persons life, and break negative cycles. We are looking for enthusiastic and self motivated young volunteers who are interested in supporting young people, helping them to become the best versions of themselves in a safe and supportive environment.
We ask our volunteers to commit to 1 session per week for a 3-month minimum time frame
