Marketing Administrator

Young Elite Management is looking for a volunteer to join our team as a Marketing Administrator. Your main aim will be to promote our sporting mentoring programme activities to schools, colleges and youth clubs. You will create and manage marketing campaigns, including using and developing our social media channels. This role would suit someone who has a marketing qualification or who has some experience in the marketing field, and is home-based.
Young Elite Management offers an unique service that provides support, guidance and mentoring to help young people from local communities who want to train in the football industry to keep, on the right track physically, emotionally and psychologically. We offer opportunities to train through recommended coaching services, as well as ensuring they are given effective mentoring and guidance to remain focused, while building life and employability skills. We are looking for a volunteer to join our team as a Marketing Administrator. Your main aim will be to promote our sporting mentoring programme activities to schools, colleges and youth clubs. You will create and manage marketing campaigns, including using and developing our social media channels. You will also be assisting with measuring and analysing marketing performance metrics. This role would suit someone who has a marketing qualification or who has some experience in the marketing field. You will work with our Director, who will also provide induction and regular support and supervision.

• Experience or knowledge of Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. • Knowledge and understanding of social media marketing. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Able to work as part of a team • Able to work independently and show initiative • Good time management and organisational skills

Ideally you will be able to volunteer for 5 hours per week. This could be done flexibly to fit around your other commitments, including during the evenings and weekends.
