You will be helping the elderly visitors with lunch and refreshment as well as organising activities and outings.
Welcoming and engaging with the elderly visitors, helping serve refreshments and lunch, helping prepare lunch (simple heating up), tidying up, helping organise activities, helping with outings.

We look forward to volunteers who have good people skills and patience and understanding with older people, engaging with them and be able to flag up problems.
It is a great opportunity to enhance skills in the social care sector. It is perfect for interested people who might want to re-enter the sector after a break. We are very flexible and can offer slots in the day rather than the whole day.
