You will be the main role of contact for enquiries coming from the mainline as well as identifying the services required by clients. You will be directing enquiries to the correct department. Taking professional's and clients contact details and pass on to the relevant service/person. You will be signposting callers to other organisations and assisting with general admin duties. This post is for female applicants only.
The mainline volunteer will be the initial point of contact for enquiries coming through the BCWA mainline. The mainline volunteer’s role includes; - Identifying the service a client requires. - directing enquiries to the correct department - taking professional's and client’s contact details and passing them on to the relevant service/person - signposting callers to other organisations where appropriate - assisting with general admin duties - taking the lead on specified research projects relating to the collation of information, resources and service available.
