Detailed Description

Citizens Advice Hammersmith and Fulham delivers library services at Askew Road Library and Avonmore Library and Neighbourhood Centre. Library volunteers help us welcome visitors to the library and assist them in their use of the library including the self-service facilities and the public computers. You will help to create a welcoming, safe and well-organised environment. You may also have opportunities to organise and run community events in the library We need people with good customer service and communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

All our volunteers work in a supportive team and receive training which is a great preparation for this and other roles.
