Office admin support is required for scheduling meetings, answering telephones, photocopying, responding to emails, ordering supplies, advertising activities, drafting documents, and other secretarial-related tasks and activities.
We are looking for dedicated volunteers to assist with office-based, secretarial and clerical tasks, which will include but are not limited to the following: answering telephones, photocopying, responding to emails, ordering supplies and drafting documents for a MINIMUM of 4 hours per week (more hours available). This role is key to supporting the wider charitable aims of the organisation.
Administration
Admin, IT Skills - Basic, Organising & Planning, Teamwork
ICT skills-able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, email and internet. Complete work tasks with thoroughness, accuracy and consistency. Use your own initiative. Be punctual and organised. Have a DBS OR willing to have one processed through our organisation. Be able to work independently or as part of a team. Be able to commit to a 3 week trial period and induction process. Having the Business Administration Level 1 OR previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
Volunteers will be made to feel welcome and supported as necessary. Your time will allow us to improve and extend what we offer, allowing the organisation as a whole to make a positive difference within the local community.
We require a MINIMUM commitment of 4 hours per WEEK, more hours are available if wanted.
