CMA Debt Centre Greenwich Befriender will provide a clear idea of the support that the person in debt can expect from CMA Debt Centre Greenwich and help them to achieve their identified goals or outcomes
As a CMA Debt Centre Greenwich Befriender volunteer, you will be: • A supporter of the person struggling with debt by encouraging them to recognising the level of their debt • Providing Pastoral care with a willingness to pray with the client • Providing reassurance that their debt can be dealt with in partnership with CMA Debt Centre Greenwich • Supporting the person in debt with completing various processes such as completing online forms • Checking in regularly either face with the person struggling with debt to understand how they are coping • Able to work flexibly, with Line Manager support given • Liaising and co-operating with CMA Debt Centre Greenwich and share relevant information. • DBS Enhanced holder for vulnerable adults (if you do not have this we are willing to apply for this)
