Volunteer gardening
Archbishop's Park Community Trust
You will carry out lots of different gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, mulching and green woodwork. No previous experience is needed, as guidance is given by trained staff throughout the session. All tools and equipment are provided.
Join us at our Friday afternoon gardening club at Archbishop's Park. We welcome volunteers from the local community and beyond to help us maintain our award winning gardens. You'll have a chance to get involved in a range of tasks, including planting projects, maintaining our community orchard, helping to look after the bees in the apiary and building wildlife habitats. We are a friendly and welcoming group, and always sit down at the end of the session for tea, cake and a chat! We also offer opportunities for corporate groups - please contact us for more information.
