PIC Admin and Client feedback Volunteer

As a PIC Admin and Client Feedback Volunteer, you will be contributing your skills to support the smooth functioning of our administrative operations.

Detailed Description

Tasks will include, but are not limited to: • Calling our PIC Clients at the end of their engagement to receive feedback on the service and completing a ‘friends and family feedback form’. •Calling former PIC Clients to find out the outcome of their Attendance Allowance application and arranging a new benefits check where needed •Keeping resources up to date and ensuring we are complying with our data retention policy. •Inputting information onto our database Charity Log.

Time Commitment

Up to half a day per week. Days / times are flexible between Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm.
