Pool Volunteer
We Swim
Our dedicated pool activity sessions are a space in which disabled people can improve their swimming and join a friendly community! Whether it's working muscles, or simply escaping to a welcoming and engaging environment, WeSwim helps swimmers and volunteers to get out and moving.
Led by friendly volunteers, who work 1-2-1 with our swimmers, we’re dedicated to creating a sense of community. A safe space for members to be sociable, build confidence and become more active, WeSwim is looking for motivated and caring volunteers who are keen to make a difference by working with the disability community in London. As a volunteer, you'll be in the pool helping swimmers with whatever they are currently working on. The sessions are swimmer led - you don't need to have previous experience teaching swimming. We are looking for kind, inclusive individuals who are good at listening, being supportive, and love meeting people! You can find more information at WeSwim's website: https://weswim.club/
