Volunteer Centre Greenwich
Your role as a Community Engagement Volunteer would be to give information and advice on current volunteering opportunities that are taking place in the borough and identifying other supporting services for the client at one appointment site in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Volunteer Centre Greenwich are looking for people who would be interested in providing advice appointments for people who are looking for volunteering roles. We will be providing a range of outreach appointment sites all over the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The outreach site appointments are to provide local residents access to information about volunteering opportunity roles and other services in the borough. Your role as a Community Engagement Volunteer would be to give information and advice on current volunteering opportunities that are taking place in the borough. To identify other services that might be useful to support the client in areas, such as training, advice and health and wellbeing. We are looking for volunteers to be part of our outreach appointment sites team across the Borough of Greenwich.

Full training provided which will include Information, Advice, Guidance and signposting training Training in professional boundaries Training in making every opportunity count and people skills become part of a friendly vibrant team Lunch allowance up to £8 plus travel expenses reimbursed
