If you are looking for an opportunity to fulfil the volunteering requirements for the Duke of Edinburgh Award Thames Path parkrun in Woolwich would be delighted to welcome you. You would be needed from about 8.45-10 on Saturday mornings, you can choose a different role each week too. Because of you over 200 people will get to run and walk and build a community.

If you are looking for an opportunity to fulfil the volunteering requirements for the Duke of Edinburgh Award Thames Path parkrun in Woolwich would be delighted to welcome you. You would be needed from about 8.45-10 on Saturday mornings, you can choose a different role each week too. Because of you over 200 people will get to run and walk and build a community.

What skills are required for this role

Why these skills are required

There are lots of roles to try, you can be a timer, manage the finishers, help with scanning, write reports, sort the tokens and you can choose a different role each week. If you are under `18 and have an adult you can bring with you you can also marshal or be a tailwalker.

What is in it for you

Apart from a free hot drink for all volunteers? You can volunteer in the community and complete the volunteer section of your DofE.
