Attending events that you might be interested in with a new friend with a learning disability. Volunteers will be matched with adults with a learning disability who have similar interests to them and support them to access an independent social life.
Gig Buddies Croydon matches adults with learning disabilities to a volunteer buddy who has similar interests to go to events together. This is a wonderful volunteering opportunity for those of you who would like to volunteer in supporting an individual with a learning disability. You will go to events with someone who has a similar interest to you, join a community of people making change, and socializing in your local community.

We are looking for volunteers who are friendly, have good time management, are reliable, are able to communicate with a wide range of people and organised.
You will want to volunteer with us if you want to make a difference to the life of someone with a learning disability, empower someone to lead the lives they want to lead and bring about change in your local community.
