Fundraising Volunteer
Charlton Toy Library
The toy library runs 3 morning stay and play sessions in term-time for the under fives and parents/carers. Members can borrow from a huge range of toys, books and safety equipment. We also have an Outreach service supporting vulnerable families in Women's Refuges and with Homestart and Health Visitor referred families. We are always fundraising to support all our activities.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with investigating possible revenue sources, planning and organizing fundraising events, promoting the toy library locally, building relationships with other relevant organisations e.g NCT and writing funding bids. This is a home-based opportunity.
