Detailed Description

Secretariat (office admin) support to Board of Trustees, Citizens Advice Sutton - support the chair and CEO to enable the efficient and effective running of a much used and valued service. To provide support to the Trustees Board who meet 4 times a year. Duties will include: • working with the CEO and Chair to prepare and distribute board papers to members • attend all the Board meetings and take accurate and comprehensive minutes • maintain board action log • distribute minutes to members after each meeting. The role provides a unique opportunity to gain an insight into corporate affairs as well as making a significant contribution to the delivery of a service that makes a real difference to people in the local community. Time Commitment
