English Language Teaching Assistant - weekly
Refugee and Migrant Network Sutton (RMNS)
Exciting opportunity to support a beginners' class teaching English with support and guidance from a fully qualified ESOL teacher
An exciting opportunity to support a beginner's class at a new venue building on our long established ESOL teaching in Central Sutton. Our lessons are informal teaching English to adult refugees and migrants and without an examination focus. Each class has at least one teaching assistant whose role is to sit alongside learners and support them during the lesson, to play a part in the lesson as directed by the class teacher, to help the teacher to monitor progress and ideally to attend training sessions (organised once or twice a year). If interested in this role please contact: Zoe, office@rmns.org.uk and https://www.rmns.org.uk/volunteer.html. We would love to talk to you. Please quote you found out about it through Volunteer Centre Sutton.
