Women will be required to meet up with a lady aged 13-21 once a week for an hour. Providing the female teenager with an opportunity to share concerns, thoughts feelings and to work with them on personal targets.

Extremely rewarding to see a young ladies confidence grow as a result of the volunteering. The mentor will receive mentor training and be part of a larger network of volunteer mentors. The mentor will receive up-to-date training during their role as mentors.
