Client Feedback Volunteer

Wimbledon Guild

1-2 hours per week, and you can choose any weekday that works best for you. You’re welcome to split those hours into two sessions on different days. Calling or speaking to clients in person who attend our activities and use our services to ask for their feedback. Hearing their thoughts helps us improve the experience for everyone and ensures we’re doing our best to meet their needs. We also include client feedback in our funding reports to show the impact of our work.

Detailed Description

1-2 hours per week, and you can choose any weekday that works best for you. You’re welcome to split those hours into two sessions on different days. Calling or speaking to clients in person who attend our activities and use our services to ask for their feedback. Hearing their thoughts helps us improve the experience for everyone and ensures we’re doing our best to meet their needs. We also include client feedback in our funding reports to show the impact of our work. What will I be doing? •With appropriate training and a script, call clients or speak to them in person who have used our service in the last year and ask for feedback. • Record client feedback on an online form. • Liaise with the teams to clarify which clients need to be contacted. • Chat with the teams regularly, providing feedback and reporting problems and concerns. • Attend an induction and relevant training while following our policies and procedures.

Why these skills are required

No qualifications needed. We’re looking for volunteers who: • Feel comfortable calling clients and connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. • Have a knack for drawing out information in a friendly, patient, and non-judgmental way. • Confident using Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Forms. • Able to transcribe and summarise verbal conversations. • Can take direction and feedback from staff members. • Possess excellent listening skills and empathy.

You will have the information, training, and resources you need to carry out your volunteer role. We will reimburse you for reasonable out-of-pocket travel expenses. All expenses must be agreed upon and signed off by the Volunteer Programme team and submitted monthly, by email or in-person.
