Could you help us ensure the information on our social prescribing database is up-to-date and accurate?

Detailed Description

We are looking for volunteers who have the ability to communicate, both orally and by e-mail, with local voluntary and community organisations offering activities and services to Bromley borough residents. You will be expected to make pro-active contact with organisations to identify the services suitable for a social prescribing database and update the database accordingly. You will also be responding to e-mail and telephone enquiries regarding data on the database. Full training will be provided.

Admin, IT Skills - good, Organising & Planning

Why these skills are required

You will need to have good IT skills and some experience of using a database (training will be provided). You will need to have good written and oral communication skills and feel confident in composing e-mails.

You will be part of a team of staff and volunteers delivering a range of services that build the capacity of local voluntary and community groups. Full training will be provided and from time to time there may be other training opportunities available. Out of pocket travel costs will be reimbursed.
