🎄✨ Be Part of the Magic! Help Us Bring Mitcham’s First Christmas Fair to Life! ✨🎄 We’re looking for friendly, energetic helpers who can spare a day or even just a half-day to support our very first Christmas Fair at Vestry Hall, Mitcham on Saturday 6th December. The Fair is open 10.30 - 4pm. It’s going to be a bustling, joyful event filled with families, excited kids, festive music, and community cheer — and we’d love you to be part of the team that makes it all happen! The venue is fully accessible, with a lift to the Market Hall on the first floor, and we also have several seated roles for volunteers with mobility needs. ✨ Roles include: * Helping set up the Market Hall (8am–10:30am) * Meeting and greeting visitors * Directing guests around the venue * Taking simple bookings for massage & Reiki sessions * Welcoming clients to their appointments * Assisting in the café (clearing tables, serving food, light washing up) * Supporting the event close-down (3:30pm–5:30pm) ✅ Important: Some roles involve lifting and carrying or working in a lively, fast-paced environment with lots of questions and movement. 💝 What you’ll get: A tasty lunch, unlimited soft drinks and tea, proper breaks for full-day volunteers, plus reasonable travel costs.
