Activity Service Volunteer

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic volunteers to help us to deliver our many activities and exercises to the older people in Merton. The Activity Service runs Monday to Friday 9.30-3pm, the volunteering roles are flexible within these times, an hour a day or 4 hours a week – its whatever time you have to support us and help the older people of Merton stay active!
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic volunteers to help us to deliver our many activities and exercises to the older people in Merton The role of Activity Service Volunteer is varied and rewarding, you could be helping to host our social club and playing a game of dominoes one week, to welcoming those who join us for lunch the next. Or maybe craft or singing are more your thing, assisting those who attend to make a variety of crafty items or singing along at our roof raising Singing for Fun activity .There is a role for everyone all we ask is you come ready to get stuck in and leave with a smile on your face. We are expanding across Merton, delivering our service in a number of locations such as Raynes Park, Colliers Wood and South Mitcham alongside our existing locations and with this more opportunities to volunteer with us. If you are interested in supporting us in these new locations, for example taking payments or registering attendance we would love to hear from you.
