The Guards Museum

Front of house role welcoming our visitors.

Detailed Description

You will be joining a fantastic team of friendly individuals, offering the first welcome for visitors. You are at the front line of our daily operations, being on hand to answer questions, take admissions and shop payments, and restock any missing shop lines. You will have the opportunity to learn about our wonderful collection, though full training is provided in all aspects of the role. No prior experience necessary!

This role will be suited for those looking to gain experience in customer service, exposure to the day-to-day running of museum operations, or those who simply love talking to people and hearing their stories!

Time Commitment

We try to be as flexible as possible but ask that all volunteers come in at least once a month.
