Detailed Description

Are you good at maintaining and re-conditioning bicycles? Do you want to be able to help those in need? If you can answer yes to these questions, then you might want to be our next Bicycle Maintenance Supporter. We are looking for someone who is able to offer time to help us maintain our fleet of disability access cycles. You will volunteer alongside our cycle instructors at our inclusive cycling sessions at the David Weir Leisure Centre to carry out running repairs.

Why these skills are required

The ideal volunteer will be someone already good at maintaining or repairing bicycles, with an interest in machinery and tinkering around with bicycles. Volunteers do not have to make a regular committment but be able to offer their services as an when needed.

80 bus stops outside leisure centre. Lots of buses go to St Helier Hospital, which is very near.
