Help staff with the running or set up of Age UK Sutton's groups and activities and provide encouragement and a warm welcome to participants e.g. our new Walking Tennis Group! ABOUT THE ROLE: - Provide encouragement and a warm welcome to our clients. - Help staff with the running or set up of our groups and activities. - Support our clients to engage with an activity, or to share their thoughts and experiences in our peer support groups. - Complete and submit a feedback form after sessions and pass on any questions or concerns. - Participate in supervisions as well as learning and development. - Minimum commitment: From 1 hour per week, depending on activity. Main office: We're a 5 minute walk from the train station, on the corner of Carshalton Road and the High Street. The nearest bus stop (Police Station) is a 2 minute walk.
