Our busy Information and Advice service is looking for a friendly volunteer to call our clients and request feedback about the service they have received.
Our Money & Benefits Service make dozens of calls every week. It is vital that we maintain high standards, and one way to ensure this is to make quality monitoring phone calls to clients to gain feedback about the visit they have received. You will be part of a very popular service which make a major contribution to the quality of life of older people.
