Volunteer Wellbeing Class Facilitators (Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga or similar light exercise classes)

We are looking for suitably qualified persons to run a weekly or fortnightly light exercise wellbeing class at our Centre for a minimum of 6-12 months at our award winning charity which supports people affected by cancer.

Detailed Description

We are looking for a suitably qualified persons to run a weekly or fortnightly wellbeing class in one form of light exercise - Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga, core Strength & Balance, dance class or similar (1 - 1.5 hours commitment per class) for a minimum of 6-12 months for our award winning charity which supports people affected by cancer. Classes can be run at a mutually convenient time during our client opening hours.

People Skills

Why these skills are required

Qualification in a wellbeing class activity and some related experience in running a class. Ability to build rapport with our clients and be aware of health needs.

We have a car park for staff/clients and volunteers. Any bus to West Middlesex Hospital, Twickenham Road or London Road TW7. Community venues will be close to public transport.
