Key Responsibilities: Assist in the setup and clear up the room before and after the Activity Days. Engage with participants, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Support activity leaders in facilitating interactive sessions. Provide assistance to individuals who may require additional support. Help prepare refreshments. Monitor the entrance, and greet people as they come in. Make sure vulnerable people and children are safe. Contribute to the overall success and smooth running of the event. Qualifications: Enthusiastic and positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and adapt to different tasks. Empathy and understanding towards the needs of the Autistic community. Reliability and commitment to the event. Personal connection or understanding of Autism
