Help people build job applications, CVs and career confidence through our SEL Pathways programme.
We are looking for an Employment and Career Support Facilitator to support our SEL (Southeast London) Pathways programme, helping service users with job applications, cover letters, CVs and LinkedIn profile setup, using AI tools where comfortable. You will help participants explore different industries and the current job climate, and use aptitude and career-fit exercises to guide career choices or changes. Sessions run Tuesdays 6-7pm at Peckham Library and Wednesdays 6-7pm at Riverside Youth Club.

Experience supporting people with job applications or career planning, good written communication, and confidence guiding others through decisions.
Make a direct impact helping people into work, build your coaching and facilitation skills, and be part of a supportive community programme.
Approx. 1-2 hours per week: Tuesdays 6-7pm at Peckham Library and Wednesdays 6-7pm at Riverside Youth Club.
