Detailed Description

DCWUK is a South East London CIC delivering education, digital inclusion and arts programmes. You'll advise on HR best practice, volunteer/staff wellbeing, and building an inclusive, supportive culture as our team grows. Time commitment: approx. 4-6 hours/week.

Why these skills are required

Essential: HR or people-management background; good judgement on sensitive people matters; commitment to inclusive practice. Desirable: charity HR experience.
