Support programme monitoring, data collection and analysis to measure Baytree’s impact. Women 18+.
Support the M&E Officer at the Baytree Centre in assessing programmes and monitoring their impact. Help enhance M&E processes, research data collection and analysis methods, organise focus groups and interviews, assist with questionnaires, prepare case studies, and analyse findings for clear reports. Requires strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, Microsoft Outlook/Excel, organisation, independence, time management, attention to detail and reliability. 2–4 days/week, Mon–Thu, 10am–6pm, 4–6 months. Travel up to £7 and lunch £5 per full day. Female applicants only; 18+.

- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively in a diverse team. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently. - Good time management and attention to detail. - Reliable, punctual, and committed to the role. - Interest in working with children, young people, and community services. - Willingness to support various tasks and contribute flexibly as needed.
