Key Responsibilities: Answering volunteering applications and providing them with the correct information to process their applications. Navigating different email accounts. Answering emails and providing the correct information about our charity services as well as providing advice and information on other services that may be useful to the e-mailer. Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages with empathy and understanding. Forwarding emails to the correct department. Qualifications: We prefer someone to have post-employment that involves admin. Personal connection or understanding of Autism Knowledge of different areas of London Full understanding of Gmail Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Enthusiastic and perfectly aligned with London Autism Group Charity's mission.
