Support Baytree’s Communications Teams by taking photographs of activities and events.
Take photographs of Baytree activities, workshops, events and celebrations. Share selected images with Communications Team in timely manner, and adhere to Baytree’s safeguarding, consent and privacy policies.

Skills and qualities required: - Able to provide and use their own camera equipment. - Confident using a camera and taking high-quality photographs. - Comfortable working with diverse cultural backgrounds. - Reliable, punctual, and well-organised. - Able to work independently and in a team. - Flexible and willing to support varied tasks. Desirable: - Experience in event, portrait, or documentary photography. - Interest in charity, education, or community development. - Basic photo editing skills. - Experience volunteering or working in a community setting.
We reimburse up to £7 for travel and £5 for lunch expenses for each full day of internship. - Gain practical experience working in photography in a community and charity setting. - Develop skills in visual storytelling and explore photography genres. - Contribute to promoting positive outcomes for women, girls and families. - Opportunity to attend volunteer social events and network. - Valuable insight into alternative educational and community support settings.
- Flexible – once a month (Monday–Thursday), two hours between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. - 4 to 6 months during term time, with flexibility to extend.
