Cookery Club Volunteer (Female)

Baytree Centre

Support girls aged 5–18 to learn cooking skills, build confidence and enjoy healthy living.

Detailed Description

Support engaging after-school cookery sessions for girls aged 5–18 through the Baytree Centre’s GEMS programme. Help deliver age-appropriate cooking activities, introducing new recipes and skills while building confidence, creativity, teamwork, independence and healthy living. Assist with attendance and organising resources, and follow Baytree Centre policies and safeguarding procedures. Requires empathy, patience, communication, creativity, enthusiasm, reliability and teamwork. 1.5 hours/week for at least 2 terms, usually Mon–Thu, 4–6pm. Female applicants only; 18+.

Time Commitment
