Mentor girls aged 16–18 on career pathways, goals and professional skills. Women 18+.
Inspire and guide girls aged 16–18 through six structured mentoring sessions at the Baytree Centre, matched with a professional female role model in their field of interest. Share career knowledge, pathways, qualifications and opportunities; support goal setting, confidence, motivation and resilience; and provide insights into workplace culture and professional development. Requires relevant professional experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, patience and empathy. Six 1-hour sessions within 3 months, Mon–Fri, 4–6pm, face-to-face or online. Female applicants only; 18+.

- Professional experience in the relevant career field, with the ability to share industry-specific knowledge. - Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with young people. - Patience, empathy, and the ability to encourage and motivate. - Good communication skills, with the ability to explain career pathways and options clearly.

-Six one-hour mentoring sessions to be completed within a maximum of three months. - Sessions to be scheduled Monday to Friday between 4pm and 6pm. - Flexibility to deliver sessions face-to-face or online, depending on the mentee’s needs.
