Volunteer at the 2026 ASICS LDNX on Sunday 11 October - a 10km race in Wembley.
Interested in volunteering? That’s why we can’t wait to welcome you to our event delivery team! We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive and practical volunteers to fulfil a variety of roles across the event; this could include helping direct our arriving participants, handing out medals, helping run the bag drop operation, or supporting activity at the start – and much more! We welcome support from individuals, and also from clubs and organisations.

Most of our event volunteer roles do not require you to have any specialist experience or skills and we will provide all the information and training you need to fulfil your volunteer role on the day of the event. A few key attributes that we look for in our event volunteers are: Great interpersonal and communication skills Initiative A willingness to work as part of a team Enthusiasm and a pro-active attitude A flexible approach Be physically active as some areas of this role may involve some lifting, standing, walking about etc
- The satisfaction of knowing that you are making a valuable contribution to the event, which in turn is helping to raise vital money for charity. - The opportunity to develop communication and event skills. - Experience working at a large mass participation sporting event!! - The enjoyment of meeting new people and being a part of our team. - The knowledge that you will have made a positive impact and provided invaluable support, improving the experience of participants and spectators.
Most roles start around 7:30 - 8:00am and shifts are 4-6 hours, depending on the role.

Engineers Way, Wembley (and surrounding area)
We recommend using public transport where possible, or parking away from the event route and travelling the remainder of the journey by public transport or on foot. The 3 closest stations are Wembley Park Station (London Underground Jubilee and Metropolitan lines), Wembley Stadium Station (Chiltern Railways) and Wembley Central Station (London Underground Bakerloo line, London Overground, London Midland and Southern lines). Please refer to the TFL website to find out where you can jump on a bus and the times you can do so.
