Volunteer Litter Picking - 30th August

This will be Merton's first ever Pride event. We are looking for any volunteers that could assist with litter picking from our parade route. This will be Saturday 30th August and Sunday 31st August.
Help keep our pride clean, green, and joyful! As a litter picking volunteer, you’ll be part of the team keeping the route tidy and safe so everyone can celebrate with pride. A great role for anyone who loves being outdoors and making a visible difference. Event is 30th August.

Cleaning & Tidying
We require volunteers to help with any litter picking from our Pride event. This would be following the route and picking up any litter to put into bin bags.
This is Merton's first ever Pride event organised by Merton Plus in partnership with Merton Council and other partners. By volunteering you will be supporting this inaugural event.
Volunteers can pledge as much time as possible - on the day it would be from the point of the parade starting - 13:00 for a couple of hours. The next day would be for a couple of hours also.
