Volunteer set up / pack down for Merton Pride Fair - 30th August

We will be holding our first ever Pride in Merton. We are looking for any volunteers that would assist with setting up and packing down the stalls for our fair. The fair will run from 10:00 AM - 14:00. Set up time starts from 08:00 AM earliest.
Assist with setting up stalls and display areas for the Pride event, including moving equipment and arranging materials. Ensure stalls are safe, well-organised, and ready before the event begins. After the event, help pack down stalls, store items securely, and leave the area clean and tidy. Event is 30th August.

Volunteers needed to help set up and pack up stalls including moving tables, gazebos and chairs. Volunteers may be needed to help tidy and put items into cars / vans.
This is Merton's first ever Pride. This is an opportunity to contribute to this inaugural event and support Merton's LGBTQ+ community.
The set up for stalls would start at 08:00 at the earliest, however the fair does not start until 10:00 AM. The fair concludes by 14:00. Any commitment could be for set up or pack down and could be 1 hour or more. If volunteers would like to cover set up and pack down this is welcomed.
