Hands-on experience supporting users in a professional charity environment. Practical exposure to Microsoft 365, cloud-based working, office hardware and digital administration. Opportunities to develop IT support, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills. References and evidence of practical workplace experience, subject to satisfactory volunteering.
1 day per week or 7 hours dispersed Monday to Friday, with the agreement of the IT Officer.
