We are looking for someone to establish and maintain the digital infrastructure required to support a growing social-impact organisation working with councils, property owners, contractors and community partners.
You will manage the systems that track buildings, residents, teams, and partnerships - and make sure none of it leaks or breaks. Basically, help us be efficient and productive. Keep our data, tools, and infrastructure secure and running. * Set up and administer Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Groups, shared drives and user permissions. * Establish secure systems for file sharing and document collaboration, VC calls, calendars. * Manage user accounts, aliases, groups and access permissions. * Develop appropriate document storage and folder structures. * Support secure sharing of sensitive property, housing and operational information. * Implement basic cybersecurity and access-control practices. * Assist with device, software and account setup. * Provide troubleshooting and technical support to team members. * Establish procedures for onboarding and offboarding users. * Support data backup, security and business continuity processes. * Advise the organisation on appropriate digital tools and systems as it scales. Ideal candidate * Experience administering Google Workspace. * Strong understanding of Google Drive, Gmail, Shared Drives and permissions. * Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection. * Strong troubleshooting skills. * Able to explain technical matters to non-technical colleagues. * Experience working with small organisations or start-ups would be useful.
