Detailed Description

As a Bucket Collection Volunteer, you will play an essential role in helping raise vital funds that directly support people living with sight loss. Stationed at a busy London Underground location, you will engage warmly and confidently with commuters, encouraging donations while representing the charity in a positive and approachable manner. Your friendly presence and willingness to connect with the public will help increase awareness of inherited sight loss and contribute to the charity’s mission. Please note: Travel Expenses are not covered.

Time Commitment

This role is flexible, and volunteers are welcome to give as much or as little time as they can. Bucket collection shifts typically last a few hours, and you may choose a time slot that best suits your schedule. There is no long‑term commitment required — even a single shift makes a meaningful difference. We simply ask that volunteers arrive on time for their chosen slot and let us know in advance if any adjustments are needed.
