Assess vacant commercial buildings for conversion to temporary accommodation. You’ll research and visit empty offices across London, evaluate whether they can safely house people in modular rooms or pods, and produce clear condition reports. Your assessment decides whether we proceed — get it wrong and we waste months; get it right and every team builds on your foundation.

Skills: building surveying, condition reports, measured surveys, AutoCAD or Revit, structural awareness, fire escape requirements.
